a. Orders: By placing an order through our website, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to make purchases using the payment method provided. Kindly help us keep costs down by placing your order online using our automated system whenever possible.
We send out deliveries daily from Tuesdays to Saturday for orders within Accra and Internationally, Tuesdays to Fridays only. Orders placed during weekends will be processed the next working day
All orders must be paid and confirmed by 5pm daily to be dispatched the next day. Delivery timelines for locations outside Accra depend on the specific address. You can ask a Sales Representative for timeline estimates for your location.
b. Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are in the applicable currency and exclude any applicable taxes or shipping charges.
c. Payment: We accept various payment methods, including credit Visa cards, Master Cards, Mobile Money and other electronic payment options. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.
d. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. However, this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time.
5. Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping services via third party shipping services. Additional shipping fees may apply, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
b. Delivery: We strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders. However, we are not responsible for any delays or damages caused during the shipping process. Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen circumstances. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be levied by the destination country, and you are responsible for paying any such fees.
