· Accra: Delivered on scheduled delivery days (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

· Nationwide: 2-3 business days from dispatch

· International: 7 days or more, depending on location

  • Please note that certain countries may impose customs duties and taxes upon delivery. It is advisable to contact DHL express services in your country to inquire about any potential charges before placing an order. The prices and delivery charges displayed on our website do not include any duties or taxes that your home country may impose upon receiving the products. Any additional duties or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer, as they are imposed by the government of your home country. Beolux Beauty cannot predict or determine whether you will be charged or the amount of such charges.

    Shipping Errors Policy:

     

    In the unlikely event of a shipping or product error occurring on our part, please contact us with details via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the incorrect products to be collected from you and replaced at no additional cost.

     

    Please note that we reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if:

     

    - You fail to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

    - You tamper with packaging of the products before returning them.

     

     

     

    Refunds:

     

    - All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on goods purchased.

    - In exceptional circumstances, we may provide store credits if deemed necessary.

    - We do not offer exchanges on our products for another, as they are sensitive and personalized to individual skin types.
