Please be aware that we offer next day delivery for our products. Local orders are shipped from Tuesdays to Saturdays, while international orders are shipped between Tuesdays and Fridays, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

In order to be eligible for next day delivery, please ensure that payment for your orders is made by 5pm on each working day. If your delivery is within Accra, you can expect to receive it on the same day it is dispatched. However, if your delivery is headed to regions outside Accra, it typically takes 2 to 3 working days to arrive. For international orders, please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery.

Kindly be aware that order processing may take a little longer during busy sale periods.

No! The delivery fees for your order are determined by the weight of the items and the delivery location. These fees are separate from the pricing of our products. We collaborate with third-party courier services that provide competitive rates, and all delivery charges are directly passed on to them. Please review the available delivery quotes and options, and choose the one that best fits your preferences.

Regrettably, we do not offer payment on delivery or provide pickup options at this time. Our store operates exclusively online, and it is necessary for payment to be completed and confirmed before we can dispatch your order for delivery.

Yes. We ship worldwide mainly via DHL and it takes 5 to 7 working/business days to receive.

Please note that certain countries may impose customs duties and taxes upon delivery. It is advisable to contact DHL express services in your country to inquire about any potential charges before placing an order. The prices and delivery charges displayed on our website do not include any duties or taxes that your home country may impose upon receiving the products. Any additional duties or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer, as they are imposed by the government of your home country. Beolux Beauty cannot predict or determine whether you will be charged or the amount of such charges.
