Exfoliate your lips 2 to 3 times per week. Apply the lip cream as needed throughout the day, reapplying every 3 hours. Use the nourishing lip balm at night or whenever your lips feel dry. Once you achieve your desired lip color, reduce the frequency of the lip cream to a few times per week and switch to the lip balm for ongoing hydration.
